Tegan Haining is a Personal Trainer, Fascia Stretch Therapist and an Aussie model. She is also the author of “The 7 Day Quickie”- a comprehensive book and seven-day training program designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
You may recognise Haining as a contestant from the 2016 season of the Australian Survivor or from her fitness industry successes, she even trained celebrity and world athlete David Beckham.
